You’ll never guess what’s happened to us at Accent Gwinnett! We’ve turned three! For three whole years we’ve been involved in our community, highlighting the great things we see all around us and thriving as we meet so many of the people who help make Gwinnett a great place to live, work and play. Truly, our biggest challenge is to cover as many of the wonderful things happening in our community as possible. And we owe a big thanks to the citizens who live here and contribute so much.

At age three, we’re growing like crazy just to keep up. It’s exciting to report that we’ve added to our staff to meet the ever-growing demands. Please join us in welcoming, Rebecca Schimandle, Emily Munteanu and Ashleigh James to our family. They fit in with the rest of our AG family like they’ve been here forever!

These past three years have been amazing in part due to the overwhelming support we’ve received from Gwinnett business and community leaders, our advertisers and avid readers. We’ve reached out to you and you’ve reached back not only with great information and ideas but with the hand of friendship as well. We owe quite a debt of gratitude to so many of you. With your continued support and enthusiasm, the future looks bright for us and we are ready for the next level of success!

We hope you enjoy this issue of AG as we highlight education, including our nationally recognized public school system. Please also read our article on alternative paths to wellness along with what we discovered about organic foods.
